THE PEARL OF KEP: Construction Activities Resume as Project Enters Next Completion Phase

For many owners, buyers, and partners, one question has remained at the forefront:

"What is happening at The Pearl of Kep today?"

Over the past year, construction activities at the project have remained relatively limited while the developer focused on selected showroom works, planning reviews, operational preparation, and the refinement of future completion strategies.

Today, we are pleased to share a meaningful development.

Recent site activities indicate that The Pearl of Kep is beginning its transition into the next stage of project completion, with construction materials arriving on site, contractor teams conducting evaluations, and planning works underway in preparation for broader finishing activities scheduled to commence in July 2026.

Visible Progress on Site

This week, multiple truckloads of construction materials arrived at the project.

Developer representatives, contractors, engineers, and planning teams were also present on site to review current conditions and finalize work programs for the upcoming construction phase.

Recent works observed include:

  • Completion progress on arrival plaza flooring and paving works

  • Continued landscaping and garden maintenance activities

  • Ongoing showroom enhancement works

  • Material mobilization for future finishing packages

  • Site inspections and contractor coordination meetings

  • Preparation for expanded construction activities beginning in July 2026

While these activities may appear modest individually, together they represent an important shift from maintenance-oriented works toward a broader completion program.

The Road Ahead

The developer has previously communicated a phased completion strategy designed to progressively activate the project while allowing owners to begin enjoying selected facilities earlier.

Phase 1 – July 2027

Targeted operational readiness of:

  • Rooftop infinity pool

  • Sky lounge

  • Café facilities

  • Gymnasium

  • Parking facilities

  • Selected upper-floor residences (Levels 8–9)

Phase 2 – September 2027

Expansion of residential handovers including:

  • Levels 5–7

  • Additional shared facilities

  • Extended operational services

Phase 3 – 9 November 2027

Soft opening of project operations and hospitality functions.

Phase 4 – Q1 2028

Final completion of remaining facilities, common areas, and residential components.

Why Transparency Matters

Property development is rarely a perfectly straight journey.

Projects evolve, construction schedules change, and market conditions influence the pace of delivery. While periods of slower activity can create uncertainty, transparent communication allows owners and prospective buyers to better understand where a project stands and what milestones remain ahead.

At The Pearl of Kep, the current focus is no longer on conceptual vision alone. The discussion is increasingly about execution, sequencing, and completion.

The recent arrival of materials, site assessments, and contractor mobilization provide visible signs that the project is preparing for its next chapter.

Looking Forward

Perched above Kep's coastline, The Pearl of Kep remains one of Cambodia's most distinctive hillside lifestyle developments, combining sea views, mountain surroundings, and an architectural concept unlike any other project in the country.

As construction activities expand in the coming months, we look forward to sharing regular progress updates and documenting the project's continued journey toward completion.

The coming weeks will be important as July 2026 marks the beginning of a more active construction period and the first visible step toward achieving the milestones outlined for 2027 and beyond.

For owners, partners, and future residents, today's activities represent more than the arrival of materials.

They represent momentum.
