[How the Building Is Designed]

G.A.T.O Tower is structured like a vertical city, with each zone having a clear role.

The lower levels are dedicated to arrival, mobility, and services, including parking, building systems, and a grand lobby with café. Above this sits a large hospitality zone, where a luxury hotel occupies a substantial portion of the lower-middle floors.
